Covid-19

Policy in Response to Covid-19

We take our responsibilities towards the health and wellbeing of our team, clients and wider community very seriously.

This policy covers actions to help reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19 between those working on and attending shoots at our studios. It should be read together with our Risk Assessment and Covid-19 Safe Working Practices documents prepared with our H&S partners, First Option and available on request.

We work closely with productions to ensure each shoot is assessed for safety and tailored to specific needs with risk assessment checks and live on-set safety support available through our partnership with First Option.

This document will be reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to comply with government guidelines and industry best practice.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide a main point of contact responsible for effective health and safety planning and actions.

To provide a detailed call sheet and risk assessment at least 24 hours before each shoot.

To provide your team with appropriate PPE - Park Vilage holds a small stock of PPE to ensure adequate protection.

To ensure production staff, crew, talent and any visitors register at reception to be checked off the production-supplied call sheet.

Non-contact infrared temperature checks to be carried out by studio staff - arrangements will need to be made for anyone showing signs of fever to return home.

Where more than one production is scheduled, call times will be staggered to avoid contact and minimise risk.
