Yolanda Y. Liou is a Taiwan-born photographer and image maker, residing in London.
Drawn to the human form and bodies in motion, Yolanda has a particular interest for the truer internal beauty that exists within the organism and contributes to our humanness rather than beauty fabricated via the consumerist glamour industry. Working with analogue, digital and collage, her visuals focus on the human body, utilising available resources and inviting the unpredictability of the analogue process to intervene in the image making.
Her work has been featured on the BBC, ITV, The British Journal of Photography, Beauty Papers, i-D, DAZED, Creative Review and It's Nice That.
