We are thrilled that the highly acclaimed and ground-breaking comedy series Fleabag, directed by Harry Bradbeer received no less than 3 Emmy’s at last night’s 71st Awards Ceremony. Harry himself garnered the prestigious Best Comedy Directing title, an accolade that places him amongst some of the best comedy directors of his era. Fleabag also picked up the Outstanding Comedy Series award with creator and star Phoebe Waller-Bridge also receiving the Best Lead Actress in a comedy series. Harry is no stranger to awards - the hugely successful and revered drama series Killing Eve, received no less than 15 nominations in this year’s prestigious BAFTA Television Awards including Best Director and Best Drama series. On the night Killing Eve, created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, came out on top at the 2019 British Academy Television Awards, scooping 3 gongs including the coveted Best Drama series, best leading actress for Jodie Comer, and best supporting actress for Fiona Shaw.
