Village by name, Village by nature.
Since day one, our ethos and values have centred around strong community. In fact our building was originally saved back in the late 1960’s by the coming together of that very same community spirit. And whilst our founders were of course extremely talented, at a time where stereotypical big ego directors were rife, they were equally well known for their kindness and generosity.
Sir John Hegarty, co-founder of BBH agency said "Peter was one of the kindest, most gentle people I ever worked with. That kindness didn't in any way obscure his brilliance as a photographer or director. His production company, Park Village ... was an oasis of calm and creativity in the mad hectic world of advertising. Just being there was like having therapy. We all loved it and him. He proved you could be nice and brilliant. If only more people had followed his example. What a legacy to leave."
It’s these same values that we strive to embody today, built around that strong sense of community, and the importance of treating people right.
We believe everyone deserves equal opportunity and to be treated fairly, no matter what.
We are committed to making our industry a more representative, diverse and inclusive environment through the following steps:
- Combatting discrimination and encouraging equality and diversity among our team and the crew on our productions.
- Giving opportunities to underrepresented and disadvantaged groups.
- Providing a collaborative and supportive environment for all of our team, free of harassment and bullying.
- Offering our studios and our time to organisations and charities striving for change.
- Promoting the development and advancement of underrepresented groups through partnerships with organisations that make a real difference.
