Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with brilliant clients to produce some inspirational events that have lasted long in the memory. We pride ourselves on being more than just a venue. Located on the edge of Regent’s Park, our elevated blank canvas offers the originality and flexibility for innovative and bespoke events. Our team have chosen five standout moments from 2024 that highlight the broad spectrum of events that can be brought to life under our roof.

iWeigh x Jameela Jamil, “Move for Your Mind” Wellness Event

We kicked off the year with iWeigh’s flagship wellness event, Move for Your Mind, a day focused on mental health, community and movement. Sponsored by Asics, this 150-guest event was hosted by Jameela Jamil and featured notable speakers like Megan Jayne Crabbe and Tally Rye.

The Arena became the heart of the event, where the production agency, Kitu Design, with the help of our team, transformed the infinity cove using iWeigh’s signature pink branding. There was a well organised transition between seating for thought-provoking discussions and open space for dynamic movement sessions, including yoga and dance. The Reception Area welcomed guests with photo opportunities against branded backdrops, while The Stalls served as a relaxed setting for breaks and refreshments. This event demonstrated our ability to merge wellness, creativity, and logistics into a memorable experience for guests. Read more details about the event here

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Launch

Later in January, the studios were fully transformed for the Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth launch by Square Enix and Red Consultancy. Spanning three days, the exclusive press and influencer event welcomed 200 guests to experience the iconic game’s latest chapter.

The entire venue was used to create an immersive gaming experience. The Arena housed multiple gaming stations powered by cutting-edge AV setups provided by our trusted partner Positive Fokus, while The Stalls became a theatre space for presentations to 60 guests. Outside, a branded double-decker bus captured attention and added a unique visual touch. Guests enjoyed Asian-inspired catering, tailored to the theme, which was prepared by our in-house catering team. From flawless AV integration to seamless coordination across spaces, this event highlighted our ability to host high-profile brand activations at Park Village.

Misela “Crafting Realms” Exhibition and Dinner

In June, we partnered with Misela to celebrate the luxury fashion brand’s 15th anniversary with an immersive exhibition and intimate dinner. Over two days, we hosted a mix of industry insiders and VIP guests for the Crafting Realms event, which combined art, fashion, and dining.

Kitu Design transformed The Arena into a stunning gallery space, with photographic artworks suspended from our rigging and products displayed on custom plinths, all brought to life with carefully designed lighting. Later, The Stables set the scene for a candlelit dinner for 60 guests, delivered by Spook Catering. With bespoke menus and floral installations, the evening honoured Misela’s creative vision and was a thoughtful collaboration between ourselves and the client.

Schuh x Dinner Ladies Supper Club

In October, Schuh launched their AW campaign, Who Lets You Be You, with an intimate supper club that celebrated their individuality. Guests were encouraged to bring a plus-one, embracing the campaign’s theme of duos and friendships.

The Stalls were transformed into an inclusive dining space with warm lighting, florals, and a beautifully set table for 30 guests. Schuh’s team handled the set design, while Dinner Ladies curated a four-course vegan menu designed to be shared in pairs. Cocktails and a specially designed tablescape completed the aesthetic. Park Village provided AV expertise to enhance the event, ensuring a perfect backdrop for brand storytelling. This event showed how a small-scale gathering can have a powerful impact.

Little Black Book “Better Together” Conference

Towards the end of the year, we hosted Little Black Book’s flagship Better Together conference, a two-day gathering of 200 marketing and creative professionals. The event featured thought-provoking panels, networking opportunities, and immersive experiences.

The Arena served as the central hub for discussions, with branded vinyls and dynamic lighting. The Stalls and The Stables provided comfortable breakout spaces for workshops and networking, while the Reception Area offered a seamless check-in experience. Cater London delivered a bespoke menu, and Positive Fokus ensured flawless AV throughout. By coordinating every detail from the wristband systems to the post-event cocktails, we helped LBB create an innovative and well-executed conference. See more about the event here
